Easter is just around the corner and chocolate is on the mind! And that’s what we’ll be baking with next Sunday, April 7th at 5pm Paris time (10am CST). To find the timing in your timezone, check www.worldtimebuddy.com. See below for the list of ingredients in the exact quantities you’ll need and equipment (some optional). Don’t forget, this is for bakers of all levels, and a great way to bake with a community around you and try something new!

  • 280g (2 1/4 cup) flour
  • 100g (3/4 cup) powdered/confectioners/icing sugar
  • 250g (1 cup + 2 tablespoons) unsalted butter
  • 130g (3/4 cup) bittersweet chocolate (60-70%)
  • 130g (1/2 cup) heavy cream
  • 1 egg white
  • Optional: sprinkles – Bonus points for pastel colors
  • Optional: lemon, orange, lime zest


  • Parchment paper
  • 2 baking sheets
  • Optional: two piping bags
  • Optional: large star tip
