Chewy Chocolate Cookies

I had one of those moments this morning. You know the one- where you try to close your apartment door with the car lock button. Ya, I’ve done it twice. Ssh Don’t tell anyone! So what was I to do but turn right back around, apologize to the Nut and make some chocolate cookies! Because a little bit of chocolate cures all – even a lapse in mental judgment. Did I say a little chocolate? I meant a lot. Yippee! These are chewy on the inside with a slight crunch as you take a bite and full of chocolate flavor. I might have indulged in five in one day but now I consider myself officially cured. wink* haha
