For this special class, we’ll be visiting a gorgeous French farmers market in the Cathedral square nearby. There we’ll pick up ingredients for a four course lunch (complete with wine bien sur!). What we make will be up to you and what is in season, we’ll discuss options at the market and then have a cooking class when we get back to the apartment.
After lunch, we’ll make French Macarons! A gorgeous classic French pastry. Along with the cookies, you’ll learn two fillings of your choice (these will be sent for you to pick).
You’ll leave with a box of macarons, full belly, lots of new tips and tricks, and all the recipes.
