Virtual Cranberry Lemon Tart Class ✩

The perfect dessert for Thanksgiving – made at just the right moment to help you prepare in advance for the big day! The cranberry lemon curd is luscious with a very slight tang. Add this to a melt in your mouth tart crust and top with meringue, and you have yourself an incredible dessert for the holidays!

The class will start with making sweet tart dough from scratch. While that chills, we’ll whip up a cranberry lemon curd using a homemade cranberry orange puree. At the end of class, it’s all about assembly and decoration. For this tart, I will walk you through techniques for decorating with fresh flowers!
