Le Baking Club Enrollment Starts Sept. 21st - 4 DAYS ONLY! Find out more!
Join Le Cordon Bleu Paris trained pastry chef Molly Wilkinson for a private pastry class in her baking studio in Versailles. Learn how to make French macarons, lemon tarts and more from start to finish.
Browse the list of class options below OR email me if you’d love to learn a specific pastry! We can usually make it happen. Typically classes are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays, but I often try to accommodate you for other days of the week if needed! I do not host classes during weekends.
With your class confirmation, you’ll receive detailed directions to the baking studio, and a welcome packet featuring my favorite Versailles recommendations & local vendors
Bonjour! Meet me in the heart of Versailles and we’ll get baking! You don’t need to bring anything except yourselves—I’ve got the rest covered.
Classes are between 2 and 2.5 hours long, depending on which pastry we’re baking together
By request
Private baking classes are capped at 6 people, maximum. Families welcome!
Whenever you like! We can schedule your class in the morning or afternoon.
These delicate, classic French cookies are made with a traditional combination of almond flour, egg whites, and sugar- which means they are naturally gluten-free. Together we'll pipe, bake, and assemble your favorite flavor macarons!
Love creamy decadent filling sandwiched between flakey, buttery pastry layers? You'll love this French pastry classic. We'll be making puff pastry and homemade pastry cream so good you'll want to eat by the spoonful.
Bright, luscious, and perfect for any occasion, this lemon tart recipe includes my go-to tart base, a *chefs kiss* lemon curd filling, and Italian meringue that's piped on top.
We'll pipe cream puffs or eclairs and chouquettes (sugar clouds of deliciousness), and pop them in the oven for a golden brown puff ready for a gorgeous filling, fresh fruit, and luscious whipped chantilly cream.
When in Versailles, it’s the perfect time for a tea party! Together we'll whip up 2 or 3 treats of your choosing, stack them on platters, and dig in. Choose from madeleines, Financiar, lemon cake, shortbread cookies, and more!
"Simple Great! No need to be a skilled baker - Molly's recipes are very clear, ingredients are prepared, and you can ask as many questions as you need or want. The process was very smooth!"
"Molly's classes are not only fun, but you learn great techniques for whatever recipe you choose! Molly is a kind and gracious host and not only did we make delicious desserts, we got lots of great hints and useful information about baking and the town of Versailles."
"Molly's class enhanced our trip to Versailles but will also likely be the most memorable experience for my teenage children (ages 17 and 20) from their week-long trip to France. Taking a class with Molly was an excellent investment in family time. Moreover, we learned a skill that we plan to build on- and enjoy- in the coming years!"
“It was super fun and Molly is an amazing teacher! We made wonderful memories."
"This class was one of the most fun things I've ever done in France (yes, really!) and will be a highlight whether you are visiting France or you live here. Molly made us feel welcome from the moment she opened the door, and her assistant Elliott is not a bad ambassador either!"
"It was such a pleasure to be hosted in Molly's home, the most magical backdrop to create French patisserie - an actual French home! Molly was the best part of the experience and made us both feel like we could create this recipe at home together. We can't wait to come back with a larger group to experience this with more people!"
