The cookbook is a natural extension of my classes where I break down classic French pastry recipes and make them EASY and accessible! There are no special ingredients needed (I even had my mom ship me All-Purpose flour from the US to triple check that all the recipes worked with it!) and no crazy out-of-the-ordinary equipment. The instructions are detailed so it’s like I’m with you right there in the kitchen every step of the way.
