Special Equipment Needed:

Ingredients Needed:

whole milk, unsalted butter, granulated butter, vanilla extract, eggs, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, salt, chouquette or pearl sugar, brewed coffee, honey, mixed berries, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, freeze dried raspberry powder, pink food coloring, fresh raspberries and/or blackberries (optional: mascarpone or cream cheese)

*NOTE: The flour in this recipe can be replaced with a GF blend to make these gluten-free.
