Churros & Dipping Sauces

Let’s celebrate Cinco de Mayo with homemade Churros and THREE Dipping Sauces! I’ll be playing fun music… sadly I don’t have a sombero, but I hope you show up in festive garb! Learn how to make Dulce de Leche from scratch the easy way… and nope, we won’t be boiling a can! The other two dipping sauces are a classic chocolate-cinnamon sauce and a refreshing strawberry orange sauce. They are SO GOOD!

What you will learn:

Special Equipment Needed:

a scale (optional), saucepans, frying pan, wood or plastic spoon, mixing bowls, a stand or mixer, piping bags, star piping tip 1/2″ in diameter (Ateco 6B or equivalent), pie or cake pan, foil, double boiler or microwave safe bowl. whole milk, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, salt, lemon, all-purpose flour, eggs, vegetable oil, cinnamon, strawberries, orange segments, sweetened condensed milk, semisweet chocolate chips, heavy whipping cream
