Easter Carrot Cake Entremets

Celebrate Easter with these stunning Carrot Cake Entremets with luscious layers of white chocolate cream cheese mousse! Special Equipment Needed:

stand or hand mixer, mixing bowls, silicone muffin molds (either for 6 or 12), 9″ round or square pan, offset spatula, round cookie cutters (2″ and 2.5″),  small round gold boards (optional) , piping bag and small star tip (a little more than 1/4 inch in diameter), cookie sheet, parchment paper,

Ingredients Needed:

unsalted butter,  all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, grated carrots, powdered sugar, gelatin, white chocolate, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, 1-2 drops of green food coloring, chocolate eggs (to decorate the top!)
