Two Day Holiday Cookie Bake
Join Molly in this ultimate holiday cookie party! Over the course of two days, we will make 6 unique cookie recipes, learn tips and tricks for decoration, and have SO much fun along the way!
Here are the six cookies we will be making in this class:
#1 Linzer Cookies with Homemade Raspberry Mulled Wine Jam – These yummy cookies are a twist on a classic linzer tart, originating from Austria! A crisp cookie sandwiched around a homemade Raspberry Mulled Wine Jam, is there anything better?
#2 Ornament Cookies – These pinwheel-style cookies are modeled after classic holiday ornaments! Use whatever colors to customize for your perfect holiday celebration!
#3 Caramel Chocolate Nut Crisps – A simple and absolutely mouthwatering cookie with crisp caramel flavor (almost reminiscent of caramel popcorn – yes soo good!!!) and smooth milk chocolate layer!
#4 Gingerbread Cookies – A traditional for a reason! We’ll use melted white chocolate to decorate these cozy cookies together in class and also use some of these for another fun creation… see below!
#5 Leckerlis Bars – This is a delicious biscuit, originally from Switzerland! The recipe includes warm spices, dark brown sugar, and honey plus a fresh sugary glaze on top and is a little similar to pain d’epices.
