Our baking studio is located in the heart of Versailles. Take a trip to the Palace and come by to cap your day with fresh-made French pastries

HOW IT WORKS:

STEP ONE

Browse the list of class options below OR email me if you’d love to learn a specific pastry! We can usually make it happen. Typically classes are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays, but I often try to accommodate you for other days of the week if needed! I do not host classes during weekends.

With your class confirmation, you’ll receive detailed directions to the baking studio, and a welcome packet featuring my favorite Versailles recommendations & local vendors 

STEP THREE

Bonjour! Meet me in the heart of Versailles and we’ll get baking! You don’t need to bring anything except yourselves—I’ve got the rest covered.

PRIVATE BAKING CLASS OPTIONS

FRENCH MACARONS

These delicate, classic French cookies are made with a traditional combination of almond flour, egg whites, and sugar- which means they are naturally gluten-free. Together we'll pipe, bake, and assemble your favorite flavor macarons!

MILLE FEUILLE

Love creamy decadent filling sandwiched between flakey, buttery pastry layers? You'll love this French pastry classic. We'll be making puff pastry and homemade pastry cream so good you'll want to eat by the spoonful. 

LEMON TARTS

Bright, luscious, and perfect for any occasion, this lemon tart recipe includes my go-to tart base, a *chefs kiss* lemon curd filling, and Italian meringue that's piped on top. 

CREAM PUFFS

We'll pipe cream puffs or eclairs and chouquettes (sugar clouds of deliciousness), and pop them in the oven for a golden brown puff ready for a gorgeous filling, fresh fruit, and luscious whipped chantilly cream. 

MARIE ANTOINETTE TEA PARTY

When in Versailles, it’s the perfect time for a tea party! Together we'll whip up 2 or 3 treats of your choosing, stack them on platters, and dig in. Choose from madeleines, Financiar, lemon cake, shortbread cookies, and more! 

BESPOKE

If you’ve seen a pastry in a patisserie that you’re dying to learn how to make, reach out and let me know!

We can usually make it happen. In the past, bespoke classes have included the classic cream and caramel dessert: St Honore, buche de noel for the holidays, and a croquembouche!

CAN I BOOK FOR A PRIVATE CLASS FOR A PARTY OF LESS THAN 4?
Yes! Whether you’re a small group or a solo-adventurer, you’re still so welcome to book a private baking class! Your class will be subject to price minimum, which you can learn more about by emailing contact@mollyjwilk.com
DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON CLASSES FOR LARGE GROUPS?
Right now, I’m only able to offer private baking classes for 6 attendees max. The baking studio isn’t suited for large groups. This helps give baking classes an intimate feel, since the experience is crafted just for you and your dearest family and friends.
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOOD ALLERGIES?
Oui, oui! If you have a food allergy or gluten sensitivity, please contact me before booking and we’ll make substitutions to the recipe as necessary.
THIS IS FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION. CAN WE MAKE IT EXTRA SPECIAL?
Of course! Let me know what you’re celebrating and we can add champagne, signed cookbooks, or a number of special requests to give your baking day that extra je ne sais quoi.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Everything is provided for you in the baking studio! All ingredients, kitchen tools, and aprons are waiting for you when you arrive. Along with flavored water, a map of Versailles, and some light snacks.

Just bring yourself, your friends and family, and your sweet tooth.
CAN I TAKE MY FRENCH PASTRY HOME?
Certainly! Chances are we won’t be able to resist digging in once your pastries are fresh from the oven, but you’ll be sent home with any leftovers to enjoy later (or on the ride home).
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS?
I totally understand sometimes things happen. If you are unable to make your scheduled private class, I very much appreciate a 48 hour notice! We will reschedule for a better time or refund your purchase if necessary.
HOW LONG ARE THE PRIVATE CLASSES?
Private classes range from 2 to 2.5 hours depending on which pastry we’ll be baking together. Morning and afternoon slots are available.
