MOLLY J. WILK PASTRY
IN-PERSON COOKING CLASS WAIVER & TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Private classes held in Versailles, France
By registering for and/or attending this private cooking class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand that participation in a cooking class involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, the use of knives and other sharp instruments, exposure to heat and open flames, handling raw ingredients, and potential foodborne illnesses. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur during the class or as a result of preparing or consuming the food made.
2. Waiver and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and discharge Molly Wilkinson and Molly J. Wilk Pastry, including any assistants, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in this private cooking class, including any injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages of any kind.
3. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Molly Wilkinson in advance of any known allergies, food intolerances, or dietary restrictions. I understand that while reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary needs, Molly J. Wilk Pastry cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. I assume all risk related to food allergies or sensitivities.
4. Health and Safety
I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor and to act responsibly at all times. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the class without refund.
5. Conduct and Property Damage
I agree to treat all participants and the space with respect. I will be responsible for any damage I cause to the property, equipment, or materials during the class, which is held in a private residence.
6. Media Release (Optional)
I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the class to be used for promotional purposes by Molly J. Wilk Pastry. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will inform Molly Wilkinson at the beginning of the class.
7. Illness Liability
I confirm that I am not currently experiencing symptoms of illness and have not tested positive for any contagious illness within the past 2 days. I understand that by participating, I may be exposed to illness and waive any claim against the instructor related to such exposure.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your attendance for any reason, please notify us at least 3 days in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule for another available class. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the class are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist.
