Gingerbread Mousse Bûche de Nöel (Class Recording)


This holiday-inspired recipe was so much fun to come up with! Using a mold out of a loaf tin, this recipe layers delicious gingerbread cake and vanilla mousse and then balances it all out by adding a line of homemade cranberry jam down the middle. Sound difficult? I’ll make it super easy and your friends and family will be so impressed!
