Cancellation Policy- Short Courses:

Sometimes things happen! As the classes are small and usually booked well in advance, we require at least 10 days notice before the date of your class for a full refund.

Refunds for cancellation requests made less than 10 days from the class date are made at our discretion and require that space be filled before a refund is made.

Cancellation Policy- Multi-Day Courses:

Payments are non-refundable for all MollyJWilk multi-day workshops. If a client needs to cancel, we will try to find a replacement. If a replacement is found, a refund is at our discretion. In the unlikely event that a multi-day workshop is canceled, clients will be refunded in full. 

Dietary Restrictions:

First and foremost, note that macarons are naturally gluten-free, and usually the fillings are too! This is a great option for people who need to avoid gluten. Keep in mind though that even though the kitchen and teaching space is throughly cleaned before and after each class, it is possible that there may be remnants of flour here and there.

All dietary restrictions are handled on a case by case basis by Molly. Please notify us in the notes section at checkout or via email at mollyjwilk@gmail.com.

There might be sharp knives & hot sugar:

Remember this is a cooking class! In pastry, we very rarely handle sharp objects, but hot sugar might be used. You will be forewarned of any action that could cause you harm. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you release Molly Wilkinson from being held liable for any injuries that could occur.

Minimum Participants for Classes:

We require a minimum of 2 participants for the public classes to take place. If in the very unlikely event this is not achieved, we will do everything in our power to change you to another class that works with your schedule or bien sur, offer you a full refund. You will be notified at least two days in advance of your class.

Interested in more in-depth instruction? Private classes are a great option for someone that wants to dive into the how’s and why’s of French pastry. Please note that the tuition for one participant in a private class is double that for standard classes. For private requests, contact mollyjwilk@gmail.com.
