Classes vary in price depending on how long we’ll spend baking together—some French pastries take longer than others!
You have the option to pay in Euros or US Dollars. On the right-hand side of the screen, select the currency you would like to use at checkout. You will see the final price there in either euros or US dollars depending on what you have selected. If you are paying in a currency that is not your local currency, your bank will convert the number to your currency at the time of checkout.

That’s okay! Zoom is super easy. If you haven’t used it before, I recommend clicking on the link a couple of minutes before the class starts and Zoom will walk you through any necessary setup you need to take.
The recipe and a list of equipment recommendations will be emailed to you with the Zoom link within 30 minutes after you sign up!

Of course! You can ask questions during the live broadcast on Zoom either by commenting or talking directly with me! There will be at least 10 minutes at the end of each class for questions and you’re always welcome to get in touch with me before or after the class at contact@mollyjwilk.com.
The beauty of the class is that it’s live with lots of fun interaction. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and you can always get in touch after the class via email or on the FB group.
A recording of the live class will be sent to participants about one hour after it takes place. It will be available for viewing for 30 days. No names will be on the recording and the recording will be almost entirely of Molly during the class.
No worries! You'll have access to the class recording for 30 days, so you can always circle back and bake along with the recording later. Because classes are capped and often sell out, refunds are not available if you miss the live session.

Ah, that does happen! If a class is sold out, it may come back around in a few months. I tend not to repeat too many class topics, but for classes in high demand I do make exceptions.

During our class, you’re welcome to ask questions, ask me to repeat a technique or tip, and troubleshoot your baking live. Pina Colada Macaron Class - A true delight!!!
Where do I start? I am a pretty good cook and baker. I’ve made things over the years by following recipes and, admittedly, often baking with pre made mixes or super simple recipes. I am so delighted to have stumped upon Molly’s classes because baking from scratch is so much better and Molly shows just how uncomplicated it can be! To start, her joy in baking is absolutely infectious!! I had such a wonderful two hours. It was like baking with an old friend with fun conversation and little bits of education about what I was making too. I loved seeing the egg whites change, the color being mixed in and how the dry ingredients folded and made their magic. Taking a class with Molly has been so encouraging because she offers tips and personalized advice as you bake along – I can do it! I asked a lot of questions and showed her my batter a few times because wasn’t too sure when it was ready and little things like that are priceless so I can understand what I’m doing. I can’t wait to try more classes. Baking is such a delight now – thank you Molly!!!! (PS – my macaron loving daughter declared these amazing and felt like she was on vacation!)
Best Croissants Class Ever
I just took the Croissants class and I am overjoyed! What a great class and Molly is a wonderful teacher. I always steered clear of anything to do with yeast…too hard…complicated. I am so glad I took this class because making these croissants was a wonderful and enlightening experience. My croissants came out beautiful with all its flaky layers and tasted amazing! Thank you Molly for another great class!

This was an amazing class! Molly took an incredible amount of time refining this recipe, and breaking it down so it was something an amateur baker (moi) who is scared of yeast (also, moi) could actually do!

I have been wanting to learn how to make croissants for so long but just reading the recipes gave me a headache. I have been taking Molly’s zoom classes since she began offering them and I was so excited when I saw that she was offering a croissant class. After the croissant course I successfully made beautiful and delicious croissants on my first attempt. Molly is an incredible teacher and she has a knack for making fancy pastries so much less intimidating.
