What payment methods do you have?

You can pay via PayPal, credit or debit card. To reserve your place, click on the “Book Now” button above.No refunds will be made for virtual classes. If the class is not able to move forward as scheduled due to an unforeseen issue, you will be immediately alerted to thischange and a full refund will be made.

HOW MUCH IS THIS CLASS?

Classes vary in price depending on how long we’ll spend baking together—some French pastries take longer than others!

You have the option to pay in Euros or US Dollars. On the right-hand side of the screen, select the currency you would like to use at checkout. You will see the final price there in either euros or US dollars depending on what you have selected. If you are paying in a currency that is not your local currency, your bank will convert the number to your currency at the time of checkout.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No refunds are available for virtual classes unless a class is rescheduled due to an unforeseen issue. In this case, you will be immediately alerted to changes and a full refund will be issued.

WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER USED ZOOM BEFORE?

That’s okay! Zoom is super easy. If you haven’t used it before, I recommend clicking on the link a couple of minutes before the class starts and Zoom will walk you through any necessary setup you need to take.

WHEN DO I GET THE RECIPE?

The recipe and a list of equipment recommendations will be emailed to you with the Zoom link within 30 minutes after you sign up!

CAN I ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE CLASS?

Of course! You can ask questions during the live broadcast on Zoom either by commenting or talking directly with me! There will be at least 10 minutes at the end of each class for questions and you’re always welcome to get in touch with me before or after the class at contact@mollyjwilk.com.

IS THE CLASS RECORDED?

The beauty of the class is that it’s live with lots of fun interaction. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and you can always get in touch after the class via email or on the FB group.

A recording of the live class will be sent to participants about one hour after it takes place. It will be available for viewing for 30 days. No names will be on the recording and the recording will be almost entirely of Molly during the class.

WHAT IF I MISS THE CLASS?

No worries! You'll have access to the class recording for 30 days, so you can always circle back and bake along with the recording later. Because classes are capped and often sell out, refunds are not available if you miss the live session.

Want access to unlimited replays? Purchase a virtual class subscription and get access to all classes and unlimited replays so you can rewatch any class, any time.

WHAT IF THE CLASS IS SOLD OUT?

Ah, that does happen! If a class is sold out, it may come back around in a few months. I tend not to repeat too many class topics, but for classes in high demand I do make exceptions.

WILL I NEED FANCY EQUIPMENT OR INGREDIENTS?

Nope! All of my recipes call for easy-to-find ingredients (you can scoop them from your local grocery store) and everyday baking equipment. When you sign up for your class, you’ll receive a list of ingredients and an equipment recommendation list straight to your inbox.

WHAT LEVEL BAKER IS THIS FOR?

All levels! Yes, really! For me, hosting live pastry classes is all about making French pastry fun and accessible no matter your previous baking experience. During our class, you’re welcome to ask questions, ask me to repeat a technique or tip, and troubleshoot your baking live. You’ll pick up lots of great tips that you can apply to all of your baking projects.

I’ve been putting off making my own croissants for years, simply because I’d heard they’re difficult to make. Molly did ALL the work for us, by making millions of practice croissants and figuring out the best (and easiest) way to make them. Really, she leads you right through it, and she’s right. The more you do, the more you get a feel for it, and you feel pretty dang good, coming up with some amazing croissants and pain au chocolats in the end! Kudos to Molly for breaking everything down so simply. Her written instructions, her diagrams, her ideas of how to go further are wonderful!

You will love this class, actually you will love whichever class of Molly’s you decide to take. This was the class I was most looking forward to. She didn’t disappoint. She is sooo thorough. Step by step, with so many pcs of information. I made croissants for the first time and they were flaky and delicious. Thank you, Molly!

Croissants are not easy. There are specific steps that need to be followed . There are certain processes that have to be done. Well Molly to the rescue again! She has laid everything out for you not only in a step by step detailed easy to understand recipe that you receive when you enroll for this class, but also through her careful yet fun demonstration in this class. Having Molly there to guide you and help troubleshoot along the way is an invaluable asset. Plus with the purchase of this class you are given free access to the online pastry school recording of the croissant class to use for a year. I’ve watched that recording once already and it’s so well done and has different chapters so you can easily go back in and click on the area that you want to re-watch. I know I’ll be watching that recording again very soon. Thanks Molly for another amazing class!

Zoom Croissant class was great. Maybe her best class yet!! Once again , Molly made the complex simple and doable for the home baker. There will be many homemade croissants in our future thanks to Molly.
