Classes vary in price depending on how long we’ll spend baking together—some French pastries take longer than others!
You have the option to pay in Euros or US Dollars. On the right-hand side of the screen, select the currency you would like to use at checkout. You will see the final price there in either euros or US dollars depending on what you have selected. If you are paying in a currency that is not your local currency, your bank will convert the number to your currency at the time of checkout.
No refunds are available for virtual classes unless a class is rescheduled due to an unforeseen issue. In this case, you will be immediately alerted to changes and a full refund will be issued.
That’s okay! Zoom is super easy. If you haven’t used it before, I recommend clicking on the link a couple of minutes before the class starts and Zoom will walk you through any necessary setup you need to take.
The recipe and a list of equipment recommendations will be emailed to you with the Zoom link within 30 minutes after you sign up!
*If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox within 30 minutes, email us at contact@mollyjwilk.com and we’ll get you sorted.
Of course! You can ask questions during the live broadcast on Zoom either by commenting or talking directly with me! There will be at least 10 minutes at the end of each class for questions and you’re always welcome to get in touch with me before or after the class at contact@mollyjwilk.com.
The beauty of the class is that it’s live with lots of fun interaction. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and you can always get in touch after the class via email or on the FB group.
A recording of the live class will be sent to participants about one hour after it takes place. It will be available for viewing for 30 days. No names will be on the recording and the recording will be almost entirely of Molly during the class.
No worries! You'll have access to the class recording for 30 days, so you can always circle back and bake along with the recording later. Because classes are capped and often sell out, refunds are not available if you miss the live session.
Want access to unlimited replays? Purchase a virtual class subscription and get access to all classes and unlimited replays so you can rewatch any class, any time.
Ah, that does happen! If a class is sold out, it may come back around in a few months. I tend not to repeat too many class topics, but for classes in high demand I do make exceptions.
Email us at contact@mollyjwilk.com to join the class waitlist or join another class in the meantime!
Classes are held live at 7PM Paris | 1pm EST | 12pm CST | 11 am MST | 10 am PST.
Nope! All of my recipes call for easy-to-find ingredients (you can scoop them from your local grocery store) and everyday baking equipment. When you sign up for your class, you’ll receive a list of ingredients and an equipment recommendation list straight to your inbox.
All levels! Yes, really! For me, hosting live pastry classes is all about making French pastry fun and accessible no matter your previous baking experience. During our class, you’re welcome to ask questions, ask me to repeat a technique or tip, and troubleshoot your baking live. You’ll pick up lots of great tips that you can apply to all of your baking projects.
Reviews & Kind Words
Outstanding!
Molly makes French pastry easy! She gives you a bit of history, fun music and teaches you how to make the most wonderful delights. My 11 year old looks forward to classes with Molly . She made the best Mille Feuille and was able to follow along. Molly has a delightful personality and she is so encouraging with the kids . She makes you feel like you are right at her kitchen, baking with her. HIghly recommend the classes!
Molly's Classes Have Elevated My Love for Baking!
I am so happy a friend referred me to Molly’s classes! I have taken two so far (lemon tart and cream puffs) and I’m signed up for 3 additional classes – and likely more! These classes are delightful, so informative, and Molly is just a wonderful teacher and an INSPIRATION to anyone who dreams of moving to France to become a pastry chef! So thankful she is sharing her talents and lets us imagine ourselves baking delicious things while in Versailles. Thank you, Molly!
Love!
With taking this class, I must admit that I was a bit nervous at first because I don’t have much experience with baking but it was so enjoyable and accessible that I plan on taking more classes in the future. Plus, my husband is happy because he gets to taste the fruits of my labor.
AMAZING!
I recently went to the macaron class and not only did I have so much fun, I learned so much in such little time. I had some problems with my meringue but Molly helped me diagnose the problem and give me pointers on how to fix it. I never once felt rushed and she took time to check each and everyone’s batter to make sure ti would work properly. She gave everyone personalized help when they needed it and just seemed very friendly. At the beginning of class she asked how everyone was doing and checked in with everyone. I am signing up for many, many more classes and can’t wait to see whartother classes are offered.
So good!!
It was honestly the most fun I’ve had in a long time! And I feel so accomplished 🥳 I never thought I could make macaron cookies and curd!!
I took the class with my friend, Kristin, who lives in Oregon (I live in Boston) and it was just fun to do something together even though we’re apart. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to do that.
