Classes vary in price depending on how long we’ll spend baking together—some French pastries take longer than others!
You have the option to pay in Euros or US Dollars. On the right-hand side of the screen, select the currency you would like to use at checkout. You will see the final price there in either euros or US dollars depending on what you have selected. If you are paying in a currency that is not your local currency, your bank will convert the number to your currency at the time of checkout.
No refunds are available for virtual classes unless a class is rescheduled due to an unforeseen issue. In this case, you will be immediately alerted to changes and a full refund will be issued.
That’s okay! Zoom is super easy. If you haven’t used it before, I recommend clicking on the link a couple of minutes before the class starts and Zoom will walk you through any necessary setup you need to take.
The recipe and a list of equipment recommendations will be emailed to you with the Zoom link within 30 minutes after you sign up!
*If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox within 30 minutes, email us at contact@mollyjwilk.com and we’ll get you sorted.
Of course! You can ask questions during the live broadcast on Zoom either by commenting or talking directly with me! There will be at least 10 minutes at the end of each class for questions and you’re always welcome to get in touch with me before or after the class at contact@mollyjwilk.com.
The beauty of the class is that it’s live with lots of fun interaction. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and you can always get in touch after the class via email or on the FB group.
A recording of the live class will be sent to participants about one hour after it takes place. It will be available for viewing for 30 days. No names will be on the recording and the recording will be almost entirely of Molly during the class.
No worries! You'll have access to the class recording for 30 days, so you can always circle back and bake along with the recording later. Because classes are capped and often sell out, refunds are not available if you miss the live session.
Want access to unlimited replays? Purchase a virtual class subscription and get access to all classes and unlimited replays so you can rewatch any class, any time.
Ah, that does happen! If a class is sold out, it may come back around in a few months. I tend not to repeat too many class topics, but for classes in high demand I do make exceptions.
Email us at contact@mollyjwilk.com to join the class waitlist or join another class in the meantime!
Classes are held live at 7PM Paris | 1pm EST | 12pm CST | 11 am MST | 10 am PST.
Nope! All of my recipes call for easy-to-find ingredients (you can scoop them from your local grocery store) and everyday baking equipment. When you sign up for your class, you’ll receive a list of ingredients and an equipment recommendation list straight to your inbox.
All levels! Yes, really! For me, hosting live pastry classes is all about making French pastry fun and accessible no matter your previous baking experience. During our class, you’re welcome to ask questions, ask me to repeat a technique or tip, and troubleshoot your baking live. You’ll pick up lots of great tips that you can apply to all of your baking projects.
Reviews & Kind Words
WOW!
Yesterday’s croquembouche course was so fun! Molly made it seem so doable, I’m now dreaming about the occasion to make one myself. 🙂
The most fun, easy and delicious class!!!
I’ve never been a fan of macaroons but Molly changed that forever, my girls and I are obsessed with them now. Thank you Molly for that 💛 I had planned to go to France this summer and take a class with Molly in her gorgeous home in Versailles, but because of current events we’ll have to postpone that for a while, so I did the next best thing, take her class online and what fun it was. The best part of her class, how incredibly easy, fun and real it is. Everything from her very witty partner, her adorable dog and Molly’s friendly nature make the whole experience oh so fun! She is very approachable and helpful after the class as well. So after my class I tried making macaroons for the first time, and even through they were delicious, I encountered a few problems. So I chatted with Molly, and practiced. I simply took Molly’s advice to go back to the basics and make sure everything was right. Third time was a charm ✨ I was literally in tears (happy ones!) I made the most perfect shells I’ve ever made. I made them with confidence and calm and since it’s my lil girls 2nd birthday in a few days and they are for her, the macaroon gods were kind enough to make sure everything was perfect. I tweaked the temperature just like Molly advised and made sure my meringue was perfect 👌🏻I am so happy and had to share my wonderful experience & what a lovely experience this whole class has been. And even though we’ve never met, I feel like Molly is my friend now, my very cool, French pastry chef friend ☺️ Till we meet in person.
That was so fun!
I didn’t really think that puff pastry was within reach as a hobby baker, but Molly made it so easy to follow along. Now I want to make puff pastry everything!
Can't wait to try it!
I just took the Croquembouche class and it was fantastic. This was a dessert that had always fascinated me but seemed intimidating. No more, as I feel very confident now – perhaps a Parisian dinner party around the holidays.
Lots of butter and a ray of sunshine
I took five of Molly’s classes this summer. I feel so much more confident with more elaborate projects; previously, I felt like chocolate chip cookies or blondies were the peak of my ability. Molly is patient and helpful and her upbeat attitude made it easy for me to laugh at my small blunders along the way. I can’t recommend this enough: whether you’re a beginner or an accomplished home cook, you’ll learn something new.
